Reconstruction of the Central Courtyard
For completion of the works on the main complex is needed reconstruction of the Central Courtyard.
At present the cast-iron fence of the Mikhailovsky palace is being restored with setting of the new fundament from monolithic Ferro-concrete.
The estimated cost of the restoration works - $ 1 666 000
The following works have been carried out:
setting of the monolithic fundament,
restoration of five sections of the fence.
The Lenproektrestavratsija institute in common with the Dortechnologija have fulfilled the project on restoration of the main courtyard (court d'honeur) where the land will be lowered to its historical level and engineering networks will be substituted.

The cost of reconstruction of the court d'honeur with setting up of the engineering networks and substituting an asphalt surfacing with granite slabs is - $ 2 500 000,

Lane out the lawn:
